OTAC anticipates over 200 registrants will join us for a weekend full of interactive educational and rejuvenating sessions at the beautiful Sun Outdoors Resort in Granby, Colorado.

This year's innovative conference is attracting students and practitioners from across the state! You won't want to miss this unique opportunity to engage with a diverse group of OT students and practitioners and enjoy the beauty of the Colorado outdoors at our fun venue!


Sponsorship Levels

Level 1: Event Sponsorship
Sponsor OTAC's annual conference!

Cost: $3,500 (OTAC Corporate Members receive a $100 discount!)
    • Option to present for 5 minutes at conference reception opening
    • Option for half page company email advertising blast to OTAC contact list (2,000+)
    • Option to do a  60 minute presentation 
Level 2: Keynote Sponsorship

Sponsor our Keynote (TBD)

Cost: $1,500 (OTAC Corporate Members receive a $100 discount!)
  • Option for Keynote Sponsor 3 minute presentation prior to keynote address
  • Option to do a  60 minute presentation


Both Sponsorship Levels Include:

  • Onsite table location in the front of the main conference room! 
  • Whole weekend of networking! Table set up for sponsors starting Thursday, September 11th from 12-1PM.  Tear down will be Sunday morning 11am-12pm. **Exhibitors are only present Saturday - sponsorship is all weekend!
  • Advertisement of your sponsorship on OTAC's social media, website and within our e-mails - includes live link to your website!
  • Logo on OTAC Scavenger Hunt Card. Attendees visit your booth to learn more about your company and a signature on their cards. Attendees enter the completed cards for a chance to earn prizes!
  • Exhibitor Happy Hour on Saturday & free breakfast buffet on Sunday morning

  • Choose between a 60 day job posting ($275 value) on the OTAC job board OR one half price registration conference ticket ($172.50 value/$135 value for OTAC members).

  • Exhibitor table all day Saturday including happy hour! (Sponsor our event or keynote to have a table all weekend!)
  • Exhibitors will be set up in the back of the main event room
  • Advertisement on our website, social media and e-mails with live link to your website!
  • OTAC Annual Scavenger Hunt: Attendees visit your table as part of a scavenger hunt. They submit a completed card to enter to win prizes!

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by Thursday, August 15th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 16th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1st or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event.
