Title: Building Resilient Teams: OT-Led Strategies for Workplace Mental Health
Description:  Can occupational therapy practitioners shape healthier, more resilient workplaces? This session explores how occupational therapy’s lens can strengthen workplace well‑being and peer support initiatives within healthcare settings. Drawing from the unique role of an OT in a Peer Support Workplace Program, Caroline shares practical strategies for fostering psychological safety, supporting staff after critical events, and embedding occupation‑based approaches into organizational wellness efforts. Attendees will leave with adaptable tools, activity ideas, and program initiatives they can bring back to their own facilities to promote resilience, connection, and mental health across teams.
