OTAC Webinar Series 2026

The 2025 Conference Season was a true showcase of the originality, brilliance, and boundless potential of Colorado’s occupational therapy practitioners. We received a record number of presentation proposals and turning away such high-quality submissions was genuinely heartbreaking (seriously, there were tears).

Rather than sit with the heartbreak, we turned it into an opportunity. First, to give these outstanding OTPs a platform to share their specialty expertise through webinars for the OTAC membership. Second, to continue ensuring that your OTAC membership adds meaningful value to your life, both personally and professionally. These webinars will be FREE for all OTAC members, and if you attend everything scheduled for 2026, you could earn between 9–18 contact hours as our thank you for your continued support.

You’ve likely seen our emails and social media posts inviting prospective presenters to apply, and we’re thrilled to officially announce that the OTAC Webinar Series launches on March 11, 2026. Mark your calendars for the second Wednesday of each month (with the exception of September and December) through the end of the year. Each session will feature a subject-matter expert, offer at least one FREE contact hour (maybe even two!) while providing opportunities to connect with others who share your interests - all while celebrating the joy of continuing education. We hope this enthusiasm for presenting and learning continues to grow this into an ongoing annual tradition.

If you have a request for a topic or want to speak on a subject near and dear to your heart, we’re always listening at info@otacco.org. If this is your first time presenting, have no fear! Our Professional Development committee is ready and waiting to coach you through the process, look over your slide deck and hype you up before the Zoom meeting goes live. We don’t like to make too many promises around here, but we’ll go ahead and promise that if you’re passionate about a specialty, or a niche subject, or even a topic you think everyone else knows all about, then there is someone else out there who wants to hear all about it!
