Join OTAC for our annual innovative occupation-based conference in beautiful Granby, Colorado!

Students are the future of occupational therapy and we are excited to have you at conference! Join us to learn, network and be inspired by leaders as well as peers from across the state. Student registration pricing does not increase from early bird to regular registration, so you can register whenever it works best for you.
Student Registration Options
If you are an out of state student, email info@otacco.org with proof of your state association membership to receive student discount.
- Student Member Weekend: $165
This includes Thursday night through Sunday morning.
- Student Member Poster/Project Presenter: $115
This includes Thursday night through Sunday morning.
- Student Member 1 Day Friday: $75
- Student Member 1 Day Saturday: $75
- Student Volunteer: Free*
*A call for 15 student volunteers will go out late summer, please wait to register if you plan to apply to volunteer.

- Friday & Saturday happy hour with free appetizers: Chicken Quesadillas, Beef Teriyaki Satay Skewer (GF, DF), Vegetarian Antipasti Skewers (GF)
- Sunday morning free breakfast burritos (must pre-order in early bird registration!)
Food Stores: King Soopers in Granby and Sun Outdoors also has a large community store (with food) on site.

Media: Please note that photographs and video may be taken throughout the conference and used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media and other association materials. If you prefer not to have your photo used, please let us know at check-in and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
COVID-19/Health Policy: OTAC gives priority to our attendees’ and clients’ health. If you are ill, experiencing symptoms or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. Reach out to info@otacco.org for next steps!
Cancellations: All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by August 11th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 11th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitute attendees are encouraged.
