Pricing/Food Notes: OTAC has been able to keep the conference registration fee the same low price as the last 2 years, even with an extended schedule and activities! Because there are kitchenettes (or kitchens) available in the accommodations at Sun Outdoors, we encourage you to save on your costs by bringing your own snacks, drinks, and other food.
Optional breakfast and sandwich boxed lunch tickets are available to purchase with your registration at OTAC's cost. Gluten Free and Vegetarian and Vegan lunch & dinner options are available onsite at the Summit Bar & Grill.
There will be a cash bar Thursday night, Happy hour on Friday and Saturday, as well as a full hot breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. There will also be free coffee Friday and Saturday morning as well as coffee available in your tiny home!

COVID-19/Health Policy: OTAC gives priority to our attendees’ and clients’ health. Accordingly, OTAC has established the following guidelines for conference. OTAC will follow CDC and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and these guidelines may change per CDC and/or local directives.
If you are ill, experiencing symptoms, or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
Cancellations: All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by August 11th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 11th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitute attendees are encouraged.
